Certificate of Good Standing

Certificate of Good Standing – the document confirms that the company is in good standing which means that it has been run properly and that all the necessary paperwork required by Companies House has been filled since its incorporation and there are no outstanding payments.

Apostilled Certificate of Good Standing Expedited Service (2-6 working days) – £289.99. The document will be obtained from Foreign and Commonwealth Office. As soon as we receive the apostilled document, we will email it to you and the original will be send by post by expedited delivery.

Shareholders’ Agreement

A shareholders’ agreement is an agreement between the shareholders of a company. Its aim is to protect the shareholders and sets out their relationship. It is governed by contract law and can be amended or terminated by simple agreement. It can provide mechanism for distribution of shares, resolution of disputes or deadlock.Unlike Articles of Association it is a private document and does not have to bind all the shareholders of the company.
